Most are covered by 15 days warranty for replacement and 12 months warranty for repair as of delivery date. Delivery date here means the shipping date.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from KEHAN within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a RMA, contact KEHAN Service Team at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org (warranty card owners).

Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.
Tips: Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance. We will do our best to help you.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
contact KEHAN Service Team at support@KEHAN.hkor email@example.com (warranty card owners) for RMA authorization, on the same day of receiving the item, and ship the product back via the shipping method with the lowest price. The item will be exchanged with a replacement upon all details received (pictures/videos).
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with the return.
Authorization to return does not guarantee credit or exchange. We will issue an exchange or credit upon receipt of the return package.
Additional terms and conditions:
During the limited warranty period, KEHAN will repair or replace at KEHAN’s sole option, any parts of the product that are defective or malfunctioning during normal usage. KEHAN reserves the right to use new or refurbished replacement parts in repair of the product.
This limited warranty covers only the costs of parts and labor. Other related costs such as shipping, delivery costs and tax may be borne by purchaser at KEHAN’s option.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Abuse, accident, misuse, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, or dampness;
External causes such as from a collision, fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, or earthquake;
Exposure to extreme weather conditions, Acts of God, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;
Computer or internet viruses, bugs, worms, Trojan Horses, cancel-bots;
Normal wear and tear of the product;
Usage of product other than in its normal and customary manner;
Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification of product;
Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in KEHAN materials and workmanship;
Service performed by anyone who is not KEHAN representative or an authorized KEHAN service provider;
Other acts which are not the fault of KEHAN, including damage caused by shipping;
Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to dents or scratches in decorative, structural, or non-operative parts resulting from normal purchaser use;
Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or incorrect voltage;
The defective function of the cellular system or inadequate signal reception by the external antenna, or viruses or other software problems introduced into the product.
KEHAN does not warrant that the operation of this product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Purchaser shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to KEHAN.
This limited warranty will also be null and void in any of the following events:
The serial number or warranty seal on the product has been altered, defaced or removed;
Any term contained in this limited warranty has been altered or modified in any way without prior written consent of KEHAN;
KEHAN has not been notified by purchaser of the alleged defect or malfunction of the product during the applicable warranty period.
Device not in warranty if it was disassembly or upgraded unknown firmware by customers themselves.
KEHAN is not responsible for the package which is returned back or destroyed by local custom due to the recipient refuse to pay custom duty.
If the product is returned to KEHAN after the expiration of the warranty period, KEHAN's normal service policies shall apply and purchaser will be charged accordingly. KEHAN assumes no obligation or liability beyond that which is expressly provided for in this limited warranty. All warranty information, pricing, product features and specifications are subject to change.
This limited warranty provides purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy to be provided by KEHAN. The agents, employees, distributors, and dealers of KEHAN products are not authorized to make modifications to this limited warranty or make additional warranties binding on KEHAN.
